The SLIM WEEKLY Undated Planner is made with 52gsm white Tomoe River S paper, a premium Japanese writing paper known for its lightweight, smooth texture and its excellent performance with fountain pens, stamping, and light watercolor.
With 112 pages, weighing only about 80g, and a compact size of 11 × 21 cm, it is a planner designed for portability and everyday use.
The inner pages feature three core formats that support both structured scheduling and flexible note-taking:
● Monthly Plan (12 months)
Designed in a vertical Gantt-style layout, allowing you to view long-term and short-term plans at a glance. A spacious grid section beneath provides room for additional notes.
● Weekly Plan (26 weeks)
A two-page weekly layout with a vertical timeline from 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight, divided into 15-minute increments for precise scheduling. A generous grid section at the bottom offers space for daily notes, ideas, and to-dos.
● Grid Note Pages (54 pages)
The second half of the planner consists of 3.5mm grid pages, offering flexible space for free writing, lists, sketches, and everyday thoughts.
The SLIM WEEKLY Undated Planner retains the slim, lightweight profile of the SLIM series. It can be used on its own or inserted into a Traveler’s Notebook for added versatility.

i love this its slim, easy to bring on the go. I had to get used to writing smaller but love it! I've added homemade inserts and stickers. I was scared it would fall apart with constant use and i was looking like crazy for a pvc cover but i can't find one for the life of me. So i used some packaging tapes all over the over to reinforce it. I need a new one, please restock soon!
