Refund policy

  • Upon receiving the item, please inspect it first. If there is a defect and you need to exchange it, please email within seven days (excluding weekends and holidays). In the email, provide the order number, reason for return or exchange, contact person's name/phone number/shipping address, and also attach photos of the defect. Our customer service team will assist you with the process.
  • Apart from product defects, if the product is no longer in a brand-new condition with complete packaging, you may need to bear partial costs or it could affect the exercise of the right to return.
  • If it's not for a defect-related reason, the buyer is responsible for the round-trip postage. Replacement of items is limited to one time. In the case of out-of-stock items or other circumstances preventing shipment, a refund will be processed.
