Refund policy
- Upon receiving the item, please inspect it first. If there is a defect and you need to exchange it, please email staff@take-a-note.net within seven days (excluding weekends and holidays). In the email, provide the order number, reason for return or exchange, contact person's name/phone number/shipping address, and also attach photos of the defect. Our customer service team will assist you with the process.
- Apart from product defects, if the product is no longer in a brand-new condition with complete packaging, you may need to bear partial costs or it could affect the exercise of the right to return.
- If it's not for a defect-related reason, the buyer is responsible for the round-trip postage. Replacement of items is limited to one time. In the case of out-of-stock items or other circumstances preventing shipment, a refund will be processed.
