Shipping Progress Update

Thank you so much for your patience and support.

Our products have now entered the final packaging stage, and we’re preparing for shipment.
Based on the current schedule, shipping is expected to begin in early November, following the order sequence.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we make sure every order reaches you safely.

For U.S. Customers

Orders from the United States will first be shipped from Taiwan to our local fulfillment partner in the U.S., and then dispatched domestically through USPS.
There will be no import duties or customs fees for these orders.

The shipment from Taiwan is planned for early November, and once it arrives and clears customs around mid-November, our local partner will begin sending out individual packages.

Please note that tracking numbers will only be available after your order has been shipped by our U.S. fulfillment partner.
If you don’t receive a shipping notice right away in early November, that’s completely normal — it simply means your package is still on its way to the U.S. warehouse.
