2026 MEDIUM WEEKS 時效日誌 B6

I used the Take a note A6 in 2023; though the layout was good, the lack of note pages is a bit inconvenient, I had to carry a small notebook with it all the time. I used Hononichi Avec and Weeks on 22,23,24 for various usages. I saw this medium version last year when it first came out, and was really intrigued. However, I already bought the weeks mega to use for my 2024 planner, so I had to wait till this year. I am really glad that I got it this year, especially after my great disappointment with the 2025-2029 Hobo 5 year paper. I immediately took a pen test on this paper and I was really happy with the quality, as you can see in the photos I attached here. If anyone is disappointed with this year's Hobo papers, I strongly encourage you to try the Take a note, either A6, B6 or A5, I think you will be satisfied here!

I only have one suggestion to the TAN team, which is about the number of note pages at the back. Since both A6 and A5 have 256 pages in total, I wonder why you made the decision to make the B6 only 224 pages in total. If the 2026 version has the extra 32 note pages (so that there will be a total of 110 note pages at the back) I will have my perfect planner right here!! (e.g. Sterling Ink's B6 common planner compact version has 120 blank grid pages at the back!)

So happy with this purchase! B6 is a tricky size to find covers for, so it is super convenient to have a cover included in this set. I love the muted grayish beige of the cover, too. But the planner is also gorgeous on its own. And the limited edition sticker feels so special.

When I say I've tried every planner, I mean it. I've had traveler's notebooks, Filofax binders, hobonichi, cloth and paper, Erin condren, Appointed.co, you name it, I've probably given it a go. But none of them worked exactly how I wanted them too and after the initial excitement wore off, I stopped using them. Until the Take A Note. The paper is heaven, the layout is just the right mix of structured and flexible for my ADHD brain, and the size is perfect. It also fits inside my Louise Carmen Honore cover like a dream - a little shorter than an A5 Slim, but the same width. All in all, I will 100% be getting one for 2027.

This is my second year using the Medium Weeks (B6). It is the perfect size for journalling and its smaller size means I can take with me everywhere. The paper is beautifully smooth my fountain pens (EF/F), midliners and other pens I use for writing and decorating. I have several Take a Note diaries in my journalling ecosystem and am a happy repeat customer.

MY FAV planner thus far, I LOVE the paper and cannot wait to get my hands on the 2025 A5.

What a cute duo! I'm new to using a planner, and I'm really glad I got this one. The weekly layout is perfect for time blocking, and the graph print is gentle and isn't distracting. The cover is gorgeous, the color is so calming.

なかなか納得する手帳が見つからずインスタで見た投稿からこの手帳に辿り着きました。
私が欲しかった手帳の条件は以下

・万年筆ユーザーなのである程度描きごごちの良い厚みのある用紙
・ウィークリーのページが見開き(ガントチャートのような)、余白部分がマス目であること(これが意外とない)
・マンスリーのページもマス目が大きく書きやすいこと

この条件が揃う手帳が意外とない。
東京の大型店舗を何件も回りましたが、納得できるものは見つけられず3月。。
そんな折に見かけた投稿でトモエリバーにマス目ウィークリー！そして何より装丁のお洒落感。実物はどうかなあと思いつつもいっちょチャレンジと購入してみました。
注文から到着まで約２週間。無事に国際郵便で届きました。
開けてみて書いてみて納得。これはいい。
普段の愛用ペンはカキモリの万年筆F、インクは同社の9:むくり。滑りと引っ掛かりのバランスも良く書き心地が良いです。この用紙だとダークブラウンより濃く発色し、またウラ透けも気になりません。
装丁も江戸時代の本のような？詳しくないのでうまく表現てきませんが懐かしさを感じるお洒落な仕上がりになっています。(からげてある部分がそのままなので見開く回数が多い手帳ということもあり耐久性はちょっと心配。一年持つのかな？)

最初は手帳一冊に海外からわざわざとも思いましたが、良い買い物ができたと思います。悔しかったのは私が購入した翌日にセールが始まったこと。。これはタイミングだからしょうがない！！大事に使わせていただきます！そして来年度はどこか日本の店舗で販売してもらえるといいな！

Love the paper quality, page layouts, and how it lays completely flat when opened. I'm very excited to use it in 2025!

I like the planner but the corner of the packaging is bent and a decent amount of pages are also impacted and impossible to flatten 😭

It's nice but I would still prefer the a5 layout with notes pages over this layout. I'm only using it because it has notes pages and the A5 doesn't but the A5 layout is better.
