Make Space. Let Life Take Shape.
TAKE A NOTE has chosen a near-white cover again after many years.
Clean white brings a quiet sense of clarity to the beginning of a new year. Some things are already planned; many more have yet to unfold. The pages organise what matters without prescribing how they should be used, so that work, thoughts, and everyday life can gradually take shape as you write.
Recognised by the GOOD DESIGN AWARD
TAKE A NOTE REGULAR PLANNER has been recognised by Japan’s Good Design Award.
Its subtle grid lines and clear layout organise essential information without getting in the way of writing. Because the structure does not decide how the planner must be used, it can settle naturally into schedules, records, and the habits of each individual user.
Paper Chosen for Writing
All TAKE A NOTE dated planners use Tomoe River S paper. In 2027, we continue with this familiar paper choice, so those who know TAKE A NOTE can enjoy a consistent writing experience.
Tomoe River S is light, smooth, and highly responsive to a range of writing tools, including fountain pens, pencils, and ballpoint pens. Thin yet resilient, it keeps a full year of planning light in the hand and makes every page a comfortable place to write.
From Yearly Direction to Daily Records
Yearly calendars, horizontal annual Gantt charts, vertical annual/project plans, monthly plans, and weekly plans flow naturally together, bringing long-term direction and daily progress into one planner.
The monthly plan runs from December 2026 to March 2028, covering 16 months. The weekly plan covers all of 2027, with two days per page and four pages per week, leaving room for schedules, records, and thoughts from each day.
Mini monthly calendars, mini weekly calendars, and a vertical timeline are integrated into each weekly page, making it easy to locate the current week and plan time around your own routine. The English Version uses English weekdays and does not include Taiwan public holidays, lunar dates, or solar terms.
A Structure That Adapts to Your Own Way of Using It
The 3.5 mm grid provides clear guidance without being restrictive. Four pages of grid notes are reserved for work planning, meeting notes, reading notes, and ideas that do not belong to a particular date.
Page numbers, grid notes, and a personal information page make this more than a tool for managing time; it can gradually become a system that fits your own habits.
A Writing Space That Opens Flat
Exposed-thread binding opens flat at 180 degrees, making it comfortable to write across spreads, turn pages, and look back on what you have recorded.
A Thoughtful Gift for the New Year
A 2027 letterpress calendar bookmark card is included with every planner.
Use it as a page marker while you write, or keep it as a small memento of the year ahead. Each time you open the planner, it is an invitation to return to your own rhythm through a sheet of paper and a moment in time.
Make space. Let life take shape.

TAKE A NOTE has chosen a near-white cover again after many years.
Clean white lets a new year unfold at an unhurried pace; a green reminiscent of licorice and olive brings a simple, comforting note to everyday life.
Some things are already planned; many more have yet to unfold. We make space. The rest belongs to life.

Within Structure, Leave Room for What’s Yet to Come.
Recognised by the GOOD DESIGN AWARD
TAKE A NOTE REGULAR PLANNER has been recognised by Japan’s Good Design Award.
Its subtle grid lines and clear layout create a balance between comprehensive information and the freedom to write. The structure gives each user a place to begin, while leaving enough room to adapt the planner to individual needs and habits.
From yearly direction to daily records, every page is designed to stay clear without asking you to fill it all at once.

Paper Chosen for Writing.
68 gsm white Tomoe River S paper is light, smooth, and well suited to fountain pens, pencils, ballpoint pens, and other everyday writing tools.
Exposed-thread binding opens flat at 180 degrees, allowing the planner to rest comfortably on the desk for effortless writing across each page.

The Quiet Beauty of Paper.
The white cover is made from finely textured paper, preserving its natural and gentle feel.
Minimal foil stamping leaves only what is essential. Rather than filling the cover with decoration, it lets the paper, the open space, and time itself take centre stage.
In your hands, it is a planner. On your desk, it is a quiet beginning to the day.

See the Whole Year Before You Plan What Matters.
Yearly Calendar and Horizontal Annual Gantt Chart
The yearly calendar spans from September 2026 to April 2028, while the horizontal annual Gantt chart covers all of 2027.
Use them to map travel, projects, habits, important dates, or anything that benefits from a longer view of time.

Give Long-Term Plans a Clear Place.
Vertical Annual / Project Plan
Four pages of vertical annual and project planning divide 2027 into easy-to-read sections.
Use them to track project progress, build habits, plan travel, or record the rhythm of life in a way that makes sense to you.

Leave Room Between the Months.
16-Month Monthly Plan
The monthly plan runs from December 2026 to March 2028, covering 16 months in total.
The English Version features English weekdays and does not include Taiwan public holidays, lunar dates, or solar terms. Weekly plan page numbers make it easy to link each month with daily records at a glance.
Beyond your schedule, there is still room above, below, and around each page to organise life in your own way.

Connect the Months with Each Day.
Two Days per Page Weekly Plan
The weekly plan covers all of 2027, with two days per page and four pages per week.
Mini monthly calendars, mini weekly calendars, and a vertical timeline are integrated into each page, making it easy to locate the current week while leaving enough freedom to plan around your own routine.
Writing Today, You Can Still See Where You Are.
Mini Calendars, Timeline, and Grid

The mini monthly calendar shows where the current week sits within the month.

The mini weekly calendar keeps the rhythm of the week in view, so you do not need to keep turning back to the monthly plan.
The vertical timeline runs from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m., accommodating different routines. A 3.5 mm grid provides clear guidance, so schedules, journals, lists, work notes, and planners can sit comfortably on the same page.

Let the Year Take Shape, One Page at a Time.
Notes and Index
Four pages of grid notes are reserved for thoughts, lists, and additional records that do not belong to a particular date.
Page numbers support indexes, bullet journaling, and other personal organisation methods, so scattered notes can be found again when you need them.
A Thoughtful Gift for the New Year: A 2027 letterpress calendar bookmark card is included with every planner.
