📌 抽獎方式說明

為了維持抽獎流程的公開透明，本次抽獎依照以下方式進行：

 1. 名單整理
僅包含於預購期間內下單、已順利出貨、未取消或退貨的有效訂單，下單時須登入為會員。

 2. 排序與編號
所有有效訂單依成立時間排序，每筆訂單皆被賦予一個序號。

 3. 抽獎工具
使用公開線上工具隨機產生數字：

 4. 對應序號
隨機生成的數字對應至名單中的序號，作為本次得獎者。

📩 得獎通知與寄送方式

得獎通知信將於本週寄至得獎者的訂單信箱，請留意您的 Email（若未收到請查看垃圾信件）。
禮物將寄送至訂單上的原收件地址。
若需要更新寄送資訊，也請直接回覆通知信，我們將協助處理。

📌 How the Lottery Was Conducted

To ensure transparency, the lottery followed these steps:

 1. Eligibility
Only orders placed during the pre-order period, successfully shipped, and not canceled or returned were included. Order placed while logged in as a member

 2. Order Arrangement
All eligible orders were sorted chronologically, and each order was assigned a unique sequence number.

 3. Random Number Tool
The following public tool was used to generate random numbers:

 4. Matching the Results
Each generated random number corresponded to a sequence number on the list, determining the winning orders.

📩 Winner Notification & Shipping

Notification emails will be sent this week to the winners using the email addresses provided in their orders.
The gifts will be shipped to the original shipping address on file.
If you need to update your address, please reply directly to the notification email.

📌 抽選方法について

抽選の透明性を保つため、以下の手順で実施いたしました。

1. 対象注文の選定
予約期間内にご注文いただき、正常に出荷され、キャンセル・返品のない注文のみを対象としました。注文時に会員としてログインしている

2. 注文の並び替え
対象となる注文を注文日時順に並べ、各注文に通し番号を付与しました。\

3. 抽選ツール
以下の公開オンラインツールを使用し、ランダムな番号を生成しました：

4. 番号の照合
生成された番号を通し番号一覧に照らし合わせ、該当する注文を当選としました。

📩 当選連絡と発送について

当選者の皆様には、ご注文時のメールアドレス宛に 今週中に当選通知メールをお送りいたします。
景品はご注文時の配送先住所へお届けいたします。
