• E-Packet Service (Recommended): Moderate shipping cost, delivery in approximately 5-10 days to the U.S. with tracking, delivered domestically by USPS.
• Registered Small Packet: Cheapest shipping cost, but no tracking available throughout the journey, delivered by USPS in the U.S.
• DHL: Express service, highest price with the fastest speed, with delivery as soon as the next day.

• We offer shipping methods including DHL, EMS, and e-Packet for small packages. When checking out, please provide your location, and the system will automatically present shipping fees for your selection. 
• Sometimes delivery can be a little longer if the package is held up in customs.

預購商品請以官網預購到貨時間為主，商品頁面皆會註明預購到貨時間。

若預購品與現貨商品同時結帳將視為預購訂單，待預購商品到貨後一併寄出，若現貨商品有急需，建議與預購商品分開訂購。

提供信用卡、虛擬帳號、Linepay三種付款方式。

使用「信用卡付款」：可在付款頁面選擇Tappay或Paynow兩種第三方金流，點擊「完成訂單」按鈕後，頁面將跳轉至信用卡付款頁面，請依頁面指示完成付款。

使用「虛擬帳號繳款」，您的電子信箱將收到一封由Paynow寄出的信件，內含付款用的虛擬帳號，轉帳成功後系統將寄發付款成功信件。

使用「Linepay」：點選完成訂單按鈕後，頁面將跳轉至Linepay付款程序，請依頁面指示完成付款。

訂單完成付款後，如無特殊狀況（如預購），我們將於2-3個工作日盡快安排出貨。

如為預購商品，將於預購商品到貨後，依商品頁面指示的出貨時間與訂單順序出貨。

訂單出貨後，系統將自動寄發運送資訊至您留下的email，並告知包裹追蹤號碼，您可點擊信件中的連結追蹤訂單資訊。
