2027 Planner Preorder and Shipping Information
The 2027 Planner preorder and launch promotion will run from September 3 to October 18, 2026.
Preorder items are scheduled to ship sequentially from early October, in the order in which orders are received. If products become available earlier than expected, some orders may be shipped ahead of schedule.
Due to the brand’s overseas event schedule, orders placed during the preorder period will be shipped according to the following schedule:
- Orders placed on or before October 5, 2026: Scheduled to ship sequentially from early October.
- Orders placed between October 6 and October 18, 2026: Scheduled to ship sequentially from October 19.
- Orders placed on or after October 19, 2026: Shipped according to the regular processing time stated on our website at the time of purchase.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier.
If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, all items will generally be shipped together once the entire order is ready. Specific shipping or delivery dates cannot be requested. Please make sure you are comfortable with the above schedule before placing your order.
