NOTICE | Lunar New Year Shipping & Customer Service Schedule

With the Lunar New Year approaching, we’d like to share our shipping and customer service schedule during the holiday period.

If you’re planning to prepare your tools for the new year, now is a good time to place your order.

Please find the details below:

Shipping Schedule

 • February 12 – Last shipment before the holiday

 • Taiwan & International orders (except the U.S.):
Orders placed by February 12, 12:00 PM (GMT+8) will be shipped before the holiday.

 • U.S. orders:
Orders placed by February 12, 11:59 PM (GMT+8) will be shipped before the holiday.

 • February 13 – February 22
No shipping or customer service during this period.

 • From February 23
Normal shipping and customer service will resume.

Note for International Orders (except the U.S.)

To help avoid delays or packages being held at customs during the Lunar New Year, we recommend placing international orders (except the U.S.) by February 11, 12:00 PM (GMT+8) so they can be shipped before the holiday.
